Rutgers' Growth from 2012 to 2019

As the chart below demonstrates, Rutgers University is a markedly stronger institution than it was in 2012. Several factors have contributed to the change, including the establishment of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences, Rutgers’ entrance into the Big Ten conference, New Jersey's first higher education construction bond act in a quarter-century, and the development and implementation of the University Strategic Plan.
