Goals and Initiatives

Input from the Rutgers community during the first phase of the strategic planning process yielded nearly 30 potential goals for the university, as well as more than 170 potential initiatives that would address these goals and the foundational elements. The document linked here lists all of the goals and initiatives, and charts all of the initiatives relative to the feasibility of implementing them and the potential impact each would have on the institution. These proposed initiatives may be helpful as strategic plans are developed at the campus level.
