Departmental Discussions

In February 2013, 100 separate academic departments in 27 schools across Rutgers’ three campuses held meetings to discuss the university’s strengths, areas in need of improvement, and aspirations for the next 10 or more years. The results of these discussions informed Rutgers’ efforts to create a universitywide strategic plan and are summarized in the document linked below.
