Strategic Planning Engagement Activities
Throughout the spring and fall semesters of 2013, the Rutgers community was encouraged to participate in discussions about the university and to help envision its future. The following activities brought together many thousands of faculty, staff, and students on all campuses and were invaluable in creating the framework for the strategic plan. In addition to these efforts were those of 13 strategic planning committees that met in fall 2013 to further develop the strategic priorities, foundational elements, and integrating academic themes identified through the universitywide process.
