A Strategic Plan for RBHS
The five-year RBHS strategic plan translates universitywide priorities into the unique context for RBHS, defines its aspirations and goals, specifies clinical, research, educational, and clinical service initiatives for the division to pursue, lays out a funding strategy to support these initiatives, and identifies metrics to measure the progress and success of each initiative. The strategic plan, approved and presented in October 2014, was developed with input provided by more than 5,000 faculty, staff, and students, including faculty universitywide.
