Hands-on manager with 20+ years of managing IT organizations, projects and enterprise wide applications to support strategic business objectives. Experience in both corporate and higher education IT management and a solid background in IT infrastructure, application management and end-user support. Demonstrated ability to execute large scale projects to meet current business needs and support long range strategies. Able to define annual and strategic goals, measure achievement against goals, and identify areas in which approaches and technologies require adjustments in order to successfully achieve better results.
