The Grease Trucks, whether mobile or installed in the former parking lot 8, have been a part of campus life since the 1980s. Serving a cup of coffee, a burger, or the hearty (but unhealthy) “fat sandwiches,” the trucks have been places to grab a bite between classes or after a late night of studying.
